1.  What currencies can i pay?

Generally speaking, our company accept three currencies: US dollar, EURO and CNY(RMB).

For the customers from oversea, you can pay by US dollar and EURO.

For the customers from China Mainland or overseas Chinese, you can pay by CNY(RMB).

 

2.  How do I make the payment?

Shipping FAQs
 

1.  How fast can i get my order?
Different shippping methods need different delivery time. We usually deliver your goods via express courier, like the DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT, it often takes you about 3-10 days for the shipping time. Besides, we need about 4-7 business days to process your order before shipment, as we need to deal with numerous orders everyday, so the total time is about 7-17 days. Thanks for your understanding.

 

2.  How can I know my order status?

Please login in to check at "MY ORDERS" line. We will update any news in time.

Once your order is delivered out, we will also inform you at once by emails.

 

3.  Do I need to pay import tax?
We will deliver your parcel as a "gift", and mark the value in low in the “Commercial Invoice”, so you don’t need to pay high import tax, but we can't promise no import tax.

 

4. If Customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them?
Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. SuperfineStar not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges. 

 

5.  If the cargo is detained by Customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?
We don’t hope this case happen, If your cargo is detained by Customs of your country, then it is the buyer who is responsible for the customs clearance. Anyway we would like to assist you if possible.

6.  If a large order is delivered from China to my country, will Customs inspect my order?
Yes, this is possible. We suggest you can divide your orders into several smaller packages, which can then be shipped on different days to avoid possible seizure.

7.  What should I do if my cargo is seized by Customs?
If your cargo is seized by Customs, you need to provide us with a letter authorized by Customs, and clearly state the reason why the Customs seize your cargo. If making sence, we can negotiate with each other for the refund.
