Warranty & Return Policy

 

SuperfineStar do sell based on their excellent designs and proved reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. Also we have a QA team to test your ordered products and make sure they are functioned correctly before they are packed and deliver to you. However, there are some special cases for the goods, so please carefully read through the following warranty & return policy:

 

Warranty period
Different situation with different warranty period.  Please see the details in the following.

 

Return Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases from SuperfineStar. However, there may be some special occasions you may need to return items to us. There are three situations as below:

 

1. Items Damaged in Transit
If any items are damaged when you receive, we need you report it to us within 7 working days, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
1.  Photos of the front and back of the packaging box.
2.  Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective items.
3.  Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area.

If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.  Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement, negotiation or refund to you via your original payment method.

 

2. Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 15 working days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement, negotiation or refund to you via your original payment method. 
We will test returned items, if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians, we will return the item to you, in this instance, you will be liable for the return charge.

 

3. Items Faulty in Warranty Period
We provide 30 days warranty period since receipt. If any of your purchases develop a fault, then show your faulty item within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
1.  Photos of the front and back of the packaging box
2.  Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item.
3.  Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area

 

Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement, negotiation or refund to you via your original payment method.
