Step 1:  Register & Sign in




1.  Why register SUPERFINESTAR'S account?

If you register, you can share our new customer discount policy for your first order, and you can also share our regular customer discount policy for your future orders. You can check the detailed discount policy on the top of the page.


2. We will contact you and update your order information via your registered email address, so it is better for you to fill in your frequently-used email.


3. If you have already registered in our website, just sign in with your email address and password. Please see below:





Step 2:  Choose Items & Add into Shopping Cart


A. Choose items from our website, and click the items you like to see the details.

B. If you want to buy it, please fill the quantity you want, and then click the button “Add to Cart.  If you like the item, but cannot be sure to buy it, you can click the button “Add to Wish List” for your later reference. (For your convenience, you can also check the prices via your other currency except the US dollar. However, we only accept the payment by US dollar, Euro and CNY )

C. In your shopping process, you can click the “cart mark” on the right top of the page to see the items in your shopping cart.

D. If you have finished your shopping, then you can checkout.








Step 3:  Shipping methods & Payment Methods

A. Choose shipping methods (there are DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and EMS for your choice, also if you have your own courier account or use other methods, you can choose the option “Pick up” )


B. Choose Payment methods. (Paypal, Western Union or Bank transfer)


1) Paypal: If you choose the payment method of Paypal, you can also pay by three ways: Paypal account, Debit card payment via Paypal and Credit card payment via Paypal. All of them are ok for you, conveniently, quickly and safely. (It is suitable for small orders less than US$1000)


2) Western Union: If you pay by Western Union, then you can make the payment online on the Western Union website or make the payment in person at a Western Union agent. But for most countries, paying online will be more conveniently and quickly, also safely. (It is suitable for bigger orders over US$1000)


3) Bank Transfer (T/T): You can also make the payment to our company account by bank transfer (T/T), it often takes about 3-5 working days to reach to our company account. (It is suitable for bigger orders over US$1000)


C. By the way, before you choose the payment methods, you can see the “Group discount” above the payment methods. (It is much beneficial for the regular customers, who can get regular discount in the future orders once register in our website)









Step 4:  Complete Order


1. Make the payment by the above three methods. then we will get your order details, and will prepare the goods for you soon.

2. After you make the payment, you can also check your account information, and see your order details.

3. Once we ship the goods to you, we will update the status, and inform you the tracking NO. by emails.
